Alternative Dispute Resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Settlement Act)

Liability for contents

In accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act), drappus GmbH as a service provider is responsible for the contents of this website according to the general laws. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, drappus GmbH as a service provider is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, drappus GmbH will immediately remove these contents.
